Ordering is easy!
1. Secure Online Ordering - We accept Visa, MasterCard, mail-in money orders, mail-in checks, or payment via PayPal (www.paypal.com.) (U.S. funds only accepted for payment.)
 If you are paying by Visa or MasterCard, you will be asked to supply your credit card details through our SSL secured server. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data provided to our website.
Personal checks will need to clear the bank before order is shipped.
At the time of check out, customers will have the option to select PayPal as method of payment. If Paypal is selected as a method of payment, customer will click the "BuyNow" button on the receipt page and then be directed to Paypal's website to finalize payment. *First time users of paypal will be prompted to open an account,but can also use without setting up a Paypal account. This process is fast, easy, and secure!
2. Telephone - Please feel free to call us anytime at 602-284-3130 during 10:00am to 4:00pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you receive no answer, please do leave a message, as we are probably assisting another customer.
3. Fax/Regular Mail - If you would rather not shop online, please click here for our printable order form. Please print out this form, fill in your order, and either mail or fax it to us, along with your payment (DO NOT SEND CASH.) You may fax us this order form between 10:00am to 54:00pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. Faxed orders will be prepared ahead of time but not shipped until payment is received.
When mailing payment, use the shipping table below to add in your shipping charge. If you are an Arizona resident, please e-mail us for sales tax information before sending ordering form.

Shipping
Most orders will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours of payment. Total Delivery time is approximately 5 to 9 days. The exception to this is the Babyography product which takes two to three weeks for the unframed and up to four weeks for framed. Any personalized product will take longer for delivery. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail what is back ordered and when you might expect it. Below is our shipping and handling rate table which is based on the total of your order. The amount below may be higher or lower depending on the items ordered. This should only be considered an estimate - US orders only:

Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and any other area outside the Continental United States are subject to higher shipping costs. Please e-mail in advance for a quote.
Orders will be shipped by a variety of methods including USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.
Please note that if you place multiple orders they may arrive separately and at different times since some will come directly from creator/manufacturer.
Sales Tax
Currently,sales tax of 5.5% will be added to your order if your packages are being delivered to the state of Wisconsin.
International Orders
Shipments outside the US may be subject to import charges, duties, or taxes which is the responsibility of the purchaser. Extra air mail handling charges apply. Wire Transfers are Beheresoon.com's preferred form of payment method for international orders and will increase purchase by $22. Additional wire fees may apply, please check with your own banking institution. E-mail us for details and questions.
Our Guarantee / Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, simply return it within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in new condition with unopened packaging and wth all products included. Please see the FAQ page regarding returning the maternity bed.
Note- Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please call us at 602-284-3130 or e-mail us for assistance and instructions.
No refunds or exchanges for gift baskets or personalized items such as the Babyography unless there is an error made by the creator/manufacturer. If order arrives damaged, please contact us either by phone or e-mail.
A restocking/cleaning fee applies on returns of the Gentle Air Maternity Air Bed. See FAQ's.

Privacy Policy
For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name, not an e-mail address. Information collected is used for internal review and then discarded. We never share this information with other organizations for commercial purposes. BeHereSoon.com is committed to ease any concerns about privacy and security. Aside from being able to place orders on our website, phone orders can be accepted by calling 602-284-3130. BeHereSoon.com also publishes a newsletter also known as an ezine and we never sell or share our subscriber's e-mail address.
